Holly rejoined Baird and became part of the Bates Investment Group at the end of 2025. She brings valuable industry experience to the team along with a strong, client-focused approach. Holly attended Lindsey Wilson College and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Communication. She is currently pursuing her Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and 66 licensing. Originally from Winchester, Kentucky, Holly now lives Lexington with her husband, Chandler, and their three dogs. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her friends and family, and staying active with her pets.
